The path that brought me here.
I have always been driven by curiosity and a desire to connect with people. Over the years, I have worked with people, organisations and businesses, navigated professional changes, started over, learned, built, and reinvented myself along the way.
There were times when the path felt difficult, but each time I found a new direction — as long as it kept my curiosity alive and allowed me to stay connected to people, I knew I was moving in the right direction.
I would say that two paths have shaped me most: my passion for astrology and a career built step by step. I started at the very beginning, stocking shelves in retail, and eventually became a Human Resources Manager in hospitality.
Both astrology and my career ultimately led me to the same place — helping others.
I have always trusted my intuition — my best adviser.
The piece that brought it all together
Coaching came naturally, as the place where many of the things I had been doing throughout my life finally came together.
My experience in business and Human Resources taught me to understand organisations, careers, and the reality behind professional decisions. Astrology taught me to look at things from another perspective. And coaching became the thread that brought it all together.
Curious by nature and, at the same time, an empath willing to listen without judgement — it felt like something I had been searching for all along.
Over time, I realised that I could bring these worlds together, creating a safe space for anyone who needs it.
What I believe in
My work begins with a deep belief in the goodness of people and in our extraordinary capacity to grow, learn, and adapt.
I am fascinated by the way we can move through almost any challenge and find the resources to keep going — even after those moments when fear makes us freeze for a while.
These are the values I try to live by, and they naturally shape the way I work with people.
There are, however, a few things that are non-negotiable for me: truth, integrity, respect, empathy, and authenticity.
I believe in continuous growth, in our ability to adapt, and in having the courage to bring something new into what we do. To me, growth means staying curious, continuing to learn, and allowing yourself to become a better version of who you are when life takes you in a new direction.
Perhaps that is why I have always been more interested in who a person can become than in where they happen to be today.
My vision
My vision is for Atelier Aminta to become a place where people come for clarity and leave with greater confidence in their own resources and in what they can build from there.
And perhaps most importantly, I want it to remain an atelier in the truest sense of the word: a place where things take shape.
