This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable Romanian data-protection legislation.

AMINTA CRIS CONSULTING S.R.L. is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Atelier Aminta, except where a third-party service provider acts as an independent controller for its own processing activities.
2. Personal Data We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with Atelier Aminta and the services you request, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification and contact information
Your name, email address, telephone number where provided, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
Booking information
The service selected, appointment date and time, preferred meeting format, and information you choose to provide in connection with your booking.
Billing and transaction information
Your billing name and address, company name and tax identification information where applicable, payment status and transaction information.
Complete payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by Atelier Aminta.
Communications
Messages submitted through the website, emails and other correspondence relating to an enquiry, booking or service.
Coaching and consultancy information
Information that you voluntarily provide in connection with the service, such as professional circumstances, objectives, challenges and other relevant contextual information.
Information required for Astrological Insight services
This may include your date, time and place of birth, together with information reasonably necessary for the particular analysis requested.
Newsletter information
Your email address, subscription preferences and information relating to your newsletter consent.
Technical and usage information
Certain information about your device, browser and interaction with the website may be processed through necessary website technologies and, where you consent, optional analytics technologies.
We seek to collect only personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
3. Why We Process Your Personal Data
Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be processed for:

- providing coaching, consultancy and Astrological Insight services — performance of a contract;
- processing and administering payments — performance of a contract;
- issuing and retaining invoices and legally required financial records — compliance with legal obligations;
- communicating about requested or purchased services — performance of a contract and/or legitimate interests;
- maintaining website security and preventing misuse — legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — legitimate interests and/or applicable legal obligations;
- sending Letters from the Atelier — consent;
- optional website analytics — consent, where required.
We do not rely upon consent for every processing activity. The applicable legal basis depends upon why the personal information is processed.
Where processing is based upon consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
4. Coaching and Consultancy Information
During coaching or consultancy, you may voluntarily share information about your professional or personal circumstances, experiences, goals or challenges.
This information will be used only insofar as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with you and maintain appropriate records relating to our professional relationship.
Information provided within the context of a professional engagement will be treated confidentially, subject to applicable law and circumstances in which disclosure may be legally required.
We encourage you not to submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general website contact form.
5. Astrological Insight and Birth Information
Certain Astrological Insight services require accurate birth information, including your date, time and place of birth.
This information is processed for the purpose of preparing and providing the Astrological Insight service you have requested.
Where an exact birth time is unknown or uncertain, additional information may be requested where necessary in connection with Birth Time Rectification.
Detailed birth information may be collected directly after your request or booking rather than through the website's general contact form.
6. Information About Another Person
Certain services, particularly Synastry & Relationships, may involve personal information concerning another individual.
If you provide personal information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to provide that information to Atelier Aminta and, where applicable, that the individual has been appropriately informed or any necessary permission has been obtained.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.
Personal information concerning another individual provided for an Astrological Insight service will not be used by Atelier Aminta for unrelated marketing purposes.
Where personal information has not been obtained directly from the individual concerned, the applicable requirements of Article 14 GDPR will be observed.
7. Special Categories of Personal Data
During a coaching conversation or another personalised service, you may voluntarily disclose information that GDPR considers a special category of personal data, such as information concerning health, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other matters protected under Article 9 GDPR.
Atelier Aminta does not seek to collect such information unless it is genuinely relevant to the requested service.
Where special-category personal data is processed, it will only be processed where an appropriate legal basis under Article 6 GDPR and an applicable condition under Article 9 GDPR exist.
Please avoid providing sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service you have requested.
8. Payments
Online payments for Atelier Aminta services are processed through Stripe.
Stripe may process information necessary to complete and administer your transaction, including payment, transaction and billing information.
Atelier Aminta does not directly store your complete payment-card details.
Stripe may act as a processor and/or independent controller for particular processing activities under its applicable privacy terms.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, applicable safeguards will be used in accordance with data-protection law.
9. Appointment Scheduling
Atelier Aminta uses Zcal to facilitate appointment scheduling.
When you use the scheduling service, information necessary to arrange and manage your appointment may be processed through Zcal in accordance with its applicable privacy terms.
This may include your name, email address, selected service, appointment information and information you choose to provide during scheduling.
10. Letters From the Atelier
You may voluntarily subscribe to Letters from the Atelier, our occasional newsletter.
Newsletter subscription is separate from contacting Atelier Aminta, booking an appointment or purchasing a service.
Purchasing or requesting a service does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
We use Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and communications.
Your email address and information relating to your subscription, consent and newsletter interactions may therefore be processed through Brevo for this purpose.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in newsletter emails or by contacting aminta@atelieraminta.com.
Withdrawal of newsletter consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal and does not affect your ability to use Atelier Aminta services.
11. Cookies and Website Analytics
Atelier Aminta may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the website and to improve its content, performance and usability.
Where consent is legally required for analytics technologies, optional analytics will be activated only according to the choices you make through our cookie-consent mechanism.
You may reject optional analytics without losing access to essential website functionality.

12. Service Providers and Recipients
Depending on the functionality used, relevant service providers may include:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Zcal — appointment scheduling;
- Brevo — newsletter and email subscription services;
- Google Analytics — optional website analytics;
- accounting, invoicing and other professional services where necessary.
We do not sell personal data.
13. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside Romania or the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR requires safeguards, appropriate lawful mechanisms will be relied upon, such as an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for eligible organisations, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another mechanism permitted under GDPR.
14. How Long We Keep Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account contractual, legal, accounting and legitimate business requirements.
Enquiries and correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, subsequent communication and relevant legal or business requirements.
Client and service information may be retained for the duration of our professional relationship and thereafter where reasonably necessary for contractual, evidentiary or legal purposes.
Invoices, accounting records and other fiscal documentation are retained for the period required by applicable Romanian legislation.
Newsletter information is retained while the subscription remains active and, where necessary, afterwards to maintain appropriate records of consent, withdrawal or legal compliance.
Astrological information, working materials and reports are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing the requested service and legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Where personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
15. Your Rights Under GDPR
Subject to applicable legal conditions and limitations, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;

17. Security and Confidentiality
Atelier Aminta takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information processed and associated risks.
Access to personal information is limited to persons and service providers requiring it for legitimate purposes.
Information shared in connection with coaching, consultancy and Astrological Insight services is treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal obligations.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
18. Automated Decision-Making
Atelier Aminta does not use personal data to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning clients within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
19. Children
The Atelier Aminta website and services are primarily intended for adults.
We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information through the website for marketing purposes.
Where a service involving a minor is considered, applicable consent, parental-authorisation and data-protection requirements will be addressed before the service is provided.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to services, website functionality, service providers or applicable law.
