Consumers may also have access to Soluționarea Alternativă a Litigiilor (SAL) — Alternative Dispute Resolution.
SAL provides an alternative mechanism for eligible disputes between consumers and traders concerning contracts for products or services.

5. Obsolete EU ODR/SOL Platform
The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR/SOL) platform is no longer operational.
Use the current Romanian ANPC/SAL mechanisms described above.
