Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Atelier Aminta, operated by AMINTA CRIS CONSULTING S.R.L., uses cookies and similar technologies on atelieraminta.com.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device when you visit a website.

Cookies and similar technologies can enable essential website functionality, maintain security, remember preferences and, where permitted, help understand how visitors interact with a website.

Some cookies are first-party cookies and others may be placed by third-party services.

Cookies may be session cookies, which generally expire when the browser session ends, or persistent cookies, which remain for a specified period or until deleted.

2. How Atelier Aminta Uses Cookies

Atelier Aminta aims to use cookies and similar technologies only where they serve a clear purpose.

Strictly Necessary

These technologies are necessary for the website to operate properly or provide functionality specifically requested by the visitor.

They may support website security, essential technical functionality, privacy choices or requested website features.

Where permitted by applicable law, strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent.

Analytics

With your consent, Atelier Aminta may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors interact with the website.

These may help us understand:

  • pages visited;
  • navigation;
  • content/service interest;
  • how visitors reach the website;
  • website performance; and
  • how the experience may be improved.

Analytics technologies are optional.

Where consent is required, they will not be activated unless you choose to accept them.

Rejecting Analytics will not prevent access to essential website functionality.

3. Google Analytics

Atelier Aminta may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Where legally required, GA4 will only be activated after the visitor provides Analytics consent through the cookie-consent mechanism.

When Analytics consent has not been given, GA4 must remain blocked rather than sending cookieless analytics measurements.

4. Third-Party Services

Some functions may involve third-party services, including:

  • Appointment scheduling — Zcal
  • Online payments — Stripe
  • Newsletter — Brevo

When a visitor chooses to interact with a third-party service, that provider may process information according to its applicable privacy and cookie practices.

5. Advertising and Marketing Cookies

Atelier Aminta does not currently intend to use advertising, behavioural profiling or remarketing cookies.

The current setup does not include Meta Pixel or similar advertising tracking technologies.

If this changes, this Policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before such optional technologies are activated where consent is required.

6. Cookie Choices

The website provides:

  • Accept All
  • Reject Optional
  • Preferences

Accept All permits necessary technologies and optional Analytics.

Reject Optional allows necessary technologies while keeping Analytics blocked.

Preferences allows the visitor to review and manage available categories.

Rejecting optional technologies must be as straightforward as accepting them.

7. Changing or Withdrawing Consent

Visitors may change or withdraw optional consent at any time through Cookie Preferences or an equivalent persistent mechanism.

Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

8. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow users to view, delete or block cookies through browser settings.

Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect certain website functions.

Browser settings are separate from the consent choices provided through Atelier Aminta.

9. Cookie Duration

Different cookies may remain on a device for different periods.

Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browser session. Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry date or until deleted.

Specific cookies actually used, their provider, purpose and duration should be identified through the final cookie-management implementation where applicable.

Do not invent cookie names or retention periods before the final technical implementation is known.

10. Legal Basis

Where technologies are strictly necessary to provide the website or functionality expressly requested by the user, they may operate without consent where permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is required for optional technologies, including non-essential analytics, they will be used only following the appropriate user choice.

Where cookie-derived information constitutes personal data, subsequent processing is also subject to GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

11. International Data Transfers

Certain third-party providers may process information outside Romania or the EEA.

Where such processing involves personal data, applicable safeguards are addressed in the Privacy Policy and relevant provider documentation.

12. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated when technologies used on atelieraminta.com change or where necessary for legal/regulatory reasons.

The current version will be published with its latest update date.

Where a material change affects technologies requiring consent, the consent mechanism should be updated as appropriate.
