For these Terms, "Atelier Aminta", "we", "us" or "our" refers to AMINTA CRIS CONSULTING S.R.L.

Atelier Aminta may provide:

Coaching — individual coaching and related professional-development services.

Business Consultancy — consultancy, recruitment and talent-related projects, bespoke training programmes and other services agreed according to the needs of an organisation or client.

Astrological Insight — personalised astrological services, which may include Solar Return, Lunar Return, Natal Chart, Synastry & Relationships, Career & Vocation, Transits & Timing, Horary and Birth Time Rectification.

Some services are provided live, online or face-to-face. Others are provided in written form.

The precise description, format, duration and price applicable to a service are those presented on the website or otherwise expressly agreed with the client at the time of purchase or engagement.

Certain services may include a complimentary Discovery Call or follow-up conversation.

A complimentary Discovery Call is intended to explore the client's needs and whether the proposed service is appropriate. It does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement.

A complimentary Astrological Insight follow-up conversation is available only where expressly stated as part of the purchased service.

Complimentary conversations have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another service or monetary payment.

Live services may require the client to select an available date and time through Atelier Aminta's scheduling system.

Appointment scheduling is currently facilitated through Zcal.

For paid live services, the normal process is:

select the service → book the appointment → complete the applicable payment.

Where online payment is required, the booking is considered financially confirmed once the applicable payment has been successfully completed.

Where a face-to-face service permits payment in person, the client may be offered that payment method instead.

Booking an appointment without completing a required online payment does not necessarily constitute confirmation of a paid service.

Certain Astrological Insight services are prepared specifically for the individual client and may be delivered as personalised written reports.

Before work begins, Atelier Aminta may request information necessary to perform the service and may confirm that sufficient and appropriate information has been provided.

For example, a Natal Chart analysis requires sufficiently accurate birth information. Where birth time is unknown or materially uncertain, Birth Time Rectification may be recommended or required before another analysis is undertaken.

The expected preparation timeframe for a written service will be communicated when the request is accepted.

Where indicated on the website, reports are usually prepared within approximately one week. Because each analysis is prepared individually, the timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the analysis and current schedule.

A reasonable variation in an estimated preparation period does not by itself constitute failure to provide the service.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable price is the price displayed or expressly agreed when the order is placed.

Before completing an online purchase, the client will be shown the amount payable.

For bespoke consultancy or organisational projects where no standard price is displayed, scope, fee and applicable terms will be agreed separately before work begins.

The website must display the applicable tax/VAT treatment of prices as required by law.

Online payments are processed through Stripe.

Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Atelier Aminta.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, paid online services must be paid in full according to the payment process presented when booking or ordering.

Where payment in person is available for an eligible face-to-face service, payment will be handled in accordance with applicable Romanian fiscal requirements.

Applicable invoice or fiscal documentation will be issued according to Romanian law.

The client is responsible for providing accurate billing and invoicing information.

Before submitting an online order that creates a payment obligation, the client will have an opportunity to review the relevant service and price information and correct information entered during the ordering process.

The payment action must clearly indicate that the order involves an obligation to pay.

Confirmation may be provided electronically, including by email.

If you cannot attend a scheduled live session, please contact Atelier Aminta as soon as reasonably possible.

Where reasonable and subject to availability, Atelier Aminta may allow an appointment to be rescheduled.

Rescheduling does not create a right to a monetary refund.

Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation or failure to attend may result in the session being treated as used.

If Atelier Aminta needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative appointment.

If Atelier Aminta is unable to provide a paid service and no suitable alternative can reasonably be agreed, the client will be entitled to the appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law:

Payments for Atelier Aminta services are non-refundable.

A change of mind, change in personal circumstances or decision not to use a service after purchase does not automatically create a contractual right to a refund, subject to mandatory statutory withdrawal and consumer rights.

Where possible and appropriate, Atelier Aminta may offer rescheduling or another reasonable solution at its discretion. Doing so does not establish an ongoing obligation to provide refunds or substitutions.

Coaching and Astrological Insight are personalised and individual services.

Personal satisfaction with the content of a session, interpretation, perspective, methodology, discussion, guidance or conclusions is inherently subjective.

Accordingly, dissatisfaction with a service after it has been properly delivered does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.

For example, a client is not entitled to a refund merely because:

• they disagree with an astrological interpretation;
• information or perspective presented was different from what they expected or hoped to hear;
• a coaching conversation did not produce the outcome they expected;
• they subsequently change their mind about the usefulness or relevance of the service; or
• an anticipated personal, professional, relationship, financial or other outcome does not occur.

This provision does not limit mandatory rights where a service was not provided as contracted or where applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

If you purchase a service online as a consumer, Romanian and EU consumer law may provide a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.

The general withdrawal period for a distance service contract is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to applicable statutory rules and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right, send a clear statement of your decision to:

before expiry of the applicable statutory period.

Many Atelier Aminta services may be scheduled, prepared or delivered within 14 days of purchase.

Where you ask Atelier Aminta to begin providing a paid service during the statutory withdrawal period, we may require you to expressly request that performance begin during that period.

The applicable ordering process may therefore ask you to confirm:

"I expressly request that Atelier Aminta begin providing the service before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, where applicable. I understand that once the service has been fully performed, I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal."

Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory withdrawal right after requesting that performance begin during the withdrawal period but before the service has been fully performed, the consumer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to what has already been provided where the statutory conditions are met.

Where a service has been fully performed, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease where performance began with the consumer's prior express request/consent and the consumer acknowledged the loss of that right following full performance, in accordance with applicable law.

The statutory withdrawal mechanism is not a satisfaction guarantee following a fully performed service where the legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have been fulfilled.

A personalised written Astrological Insight service may involve analysis, calculation, research, interpretation and preparation specifically for the individual client.

Where the client requests that work begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the express request described above may apply.

If a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised after work has begun but before completion, any payment obligation/refund will be determined according to the proportion of the service already performed and applicable consumer law.

Once the service has been fully performed and the statutory conditions for loss of the withdrawal right are satisfied, the service is non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process intended to support exploration, clarity, development and decision-making.

The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.

Coaching does not guarantee any particular outcome, including employment, promotion, career advancement, business performance, income, relationship outcome or other personal or professional result.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, coaching provided by Atelier Aminta is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice or another regulated professional service.

Where another form of professional support appears more appropriate, Atelier Aminta may recommend that the client seek suitably qualified assistance.

Astrological Insight services are provided as interpretative and reflective services.

Astrological interpretations may explore patterns, themes, tendencies, timing and possibilities. They do not constitute guarantees that a particular future event will or will not occur.

Astrological Insight does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where required.

No specific relationship, employment, financial, health or other life outcome is guaranteed as a result of an astrological consultation or report.

The quality and relevance of certain services depend upon the accuracy of information supplied by the client.

For Astrological Insight this may include birth date, birth time and birth place.

The client is responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Atelier Aminta is not responsible for inaccuracies in an analysis resulting directly from incorrect, incomplete or materially inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Where a client requests a service involving another individual, such as Synastry & Relationships, the client is responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to provide the relevant information and that applicable personal-data requirements have been addressed.

Consultancy services may be tailored to a particular project, challenge or period of support.

This may include recruitment and talent projects, bespoke training programmes and other agreed people- or business-related consultancy.

Where consultancy is provided under a separate proposal, engagement letter or contract, that specific agreement applies. If inconsistent with these general Terms, the specific written agreement prevails for that engagement.

Atelier Aminta undertakes to provide purchased services with reasonable professional care in accordance with the description of the relevant service.

No particular result is guaranteed.

The value and outcome of coaching, consultancy and interpretative services may depend on factors outside Atelier Aminta's control, including the client's circumstances, choices, actions and participation.

Website descriptions of potential benefits are descriptive and do not constitute guarantees of individual results.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, original written materials, service materials, reports, texts, graphics and other original Atelier Aminta content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Personalised reports and materials supplied to a client are intended for the client's personal use unless another use has been expressly agreed in writing.

They may not be commercially reproduced, sold, republished, distributed or represented as the work of another person without prior written permission.

Information shared during coaching, consultancy or Astrological Insight services will be treated with appropriate confidentiality.

Confidentiality is subject to applicable law and does not prevent disclosure where legally required, necessary to protect legal rights, or otherwise permitted or required by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We endeavour to keep atelieraminta.com accurate and reasonably up to date.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated.

The website itself does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, scheduling platform, payment processor or other third-party technical services.

Temporary technical interruption does not automatically constitute failure to provide a purchased service where the service can reasonably be rearranged or delivered through another appropriate method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those rights, Atelier Aminta is not responsible for decisions made independently by clients following coaching, consultancy or Astrological Insight services, or for outcomes dependent upon circumstances outside Atelier Aminta's reasonable control.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Atelier Aminta will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Where such circumstances affect a scheduled service, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this section restricts a consumer's statutory right to contact the competent consumer-protection authority or use an available alternative dispute-resolution procedure.

Consumers may have the right to contact the competent Romanian consumer-protection authority and, where applicable, use available Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms.

The website provides access to current ANPC/SAL information.

Do not use the obsolete EU ODR/SOL platform.

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.

Where consent is required for optional technologies such as analytics, users will be provided with appropriate choices.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory consumer protections applicable to them under applicable law.

Disputes will be addressed by competent courts or authorities determined under applicable law.

Atelier Aminta may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology or applicable law.

The version applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be the version in effect when that purchase/contract was concluded, except where change is required by law.

The current version will be published on atelieraminta.com with its latest update date.
